📌 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Export Marketing Executive, your key responsibilities will include:

✅ Develop and maintain relationships with international customers
✅ Handle export inquiries, quotations and customer requirements
✅ Generate new export business opportunities and leads
✅ Communicate with overseas clients through Email, WhatsApp & other communication channels
✅ Regular customer follow-up for inquiries, quotations and orders
✅ Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely delivery
✅ Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions
✅ Follow up on pending orders, payments and documentation
✅ Assist in managing export sales and achieving business targets
✅ Maintain proper records of customers, inquiries, quotations and orders
✅ Conduct market research to identify new countries, customers and business opportunities
✅ Handle customer complaints and coordinate for quick resolution
✅ Support the complete export sales cycle from inquiry to order execution

🎯 REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

🔹 Minimum 2 years of experience in Export Marketing / International Sales
🔹 Good communication and interpersonal skills
🔹 Good knowledge of Export Marketing & International Business
🔹 Strong customer handling and follow-up skills
🔹 Good negotiation and convincing abilities
🔹 Basic knowledge of export process and documentation will be an advantage
🔹 Good knowledge of Computer, MS Office & Email
🔹 Ability to communicate professionally with international clients
🔹 Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach
🔹 Ability to work independently as well as with a team
