We are looking for a smart, confident, energetic and target-oriented Female Domestic Marketing Executive who can contribute to the company's domestic sales and marketing activities.

The selected candidate will be responsible for promoting and marketing a wide range of Tiles products in the domestic market and developing strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors and other business partners.

The company deals in a variety of tile products and sizes, including:

🔸 Multiple Tile Sizes & Formats
🔸 Different Designs & Patterns
🔸 Various Finishes & Collections

🔸 Commercial Tiles
🔸 Other Ceramic & Vitrified Tile Products

📋 KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The candidate will be responsible for:

✅ Managing Domestic Marketing & Sales Activities
✅ Developing new customers and business opportunities
✅ Generating leads and converting enquiries into sales
✅ Contacting potential customers through phone, WhatsApp and other channels
✅ Maintaining regular follow-ups with customers
✅ Building and maintaining long-term relationships with dealers and distributors
✅ Understanding customer requirements, preferences and product needs
✅ Providing product information, quotations and relevant details to customers
✅ Promoting new tile designs, sizes and collections
✅ Following up on quotations, samples and pending orders
✅ Coordinating with customers regarding order requirements
✅ Working closely with the internal sales, production and dispatch teams
✅ Maintaining customer databases and follow-up records
✅ Monitoring market demand and customer feedback
✅ Collecting information about competitor products and market activities
✅ Supporting the company in achieving monthly and yearly sales targets
✅ Maintaining professional communication with clients
✅ Developing the domestic market and increasing business opportunities
✅ Preparing regular sales/follow-up reports as required

👩‍💼 CANDIDATE PROFILE

We are looking for candidates who have:

✔️ Minimum 1 Year of Experience in Marketing / Sales
✔️ Female candidates preferred
✔️ Experience in Tiles / Ceramic / Building Material Industry will be an added advantage
✔️ Good verbal and written communication skills
✔️ Strong customer-handling skills
✔️ Good convincing and negotiation abilities
✔️ Positive attitude and professional approach
✔️ Ability to build good relationships with customers
✔️ Self-motivated and target-oriented personality
✔️ Ability to handle multiple customer follow-ups
✔️ Basic knowledge of computers, WhatsApp and email
✔️ Ability to work independently as well as with a team
✔️ Willingness to learn about new products and market requirements
